General

What documents do you support?

Currently, we support RFP documents in PDF and DOCX formats. We are optimizing specifically for GCC government tender structures (Etimad, SAP Ariba, etc.).

Can I edit the generated proposal?

Yes, absolutely. BidSprint provides a first draft. The final output is a standard Microsoft Word (.docx) document that you can—and should—edit, refine, and format before submission.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your documents are processed securely and are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. We do not use your proprietary bid data or company profiles to train our public models. Your data remains yours.

Billing

How does the Pay-as-you-go model work?

You are charged only when you choose to generate a full proposal draft for a specific RFP. Uploading and previewing the compliance matrix is free.

Do you offer refunds?

If the system fails to generate a usable draft due to a technical error, we will refund your credit. Please contact support for assistance.
