"BidSprint" refers to the company in formation in Dubai, UAE.

2. Description of Service

BidSprint provides AI-powered tools to assist in the analysis of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and the generation of draft proposals and compliance matrices.

DISCLAIMER: The Service provides drafts and assistance only. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing all content before submission to any third party. BidSprint is not responsible for any disqualified bids or lost tenders.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payment and Credits

• Pay-as-you-go: Credits purchased for proposal generation are non-refundable unless the Service fails to deliver the generated output due to a technical error.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
• Currency: The base currency is AED. Conversions to other currencies are for reference and payment processing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BidSprint and its licensors.

User Content: You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the final proposals generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BidSprint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
